Our Story
A Mediterranean restaurant and wine bar brought to life by Coogee locals.
Local owners Tom and Michelle have created a space that marries the charm of great European wine bars with the convivial atmosphere only found at a neighbourhood bar by the beach.
The seasonal menu is perfectly complemented by a 500-bottle wine selection encompassing all major wine regions of the world, with more than 50 varietals on offer. With 30+ wines available by the glass there’s always something new to try, alongside a great selection of cocktails and beers.
The wine bar is spread across two levels, offering a range of environments to enjoy fine wine, food and company — perched at the front window or bar, dining casually on the ground floor, relaxing upstairs in the cosy lounge, or enjoying a divine drop in the upstairs dining room. The upstairs area also offers two private dining rooms ideal for celebrations, events and wine tasting experiences.
A friendly place to celebrate a special occasion or pop in after a swim, Coogee Wine Room transports guests to the heart of the Mediterranean.
