Our Event Spaces
Lounge Area
Our informal lounge area is able to be configured as:
- A lounge for up to 18 guests, ideally suited to intimate dinners
- A stand-up cocktail party for up to 25 guests
This space is equipped with AV equipment (projector, screen and microphone) for complimentary use.
Private Dining Room
Our Dining Room is the perfect space to host your next event. We are able to accommodate:
- A sit-down lunch or dinner for up to 30 guests
- A stand-up cocktail party for up to 40 guests
- A boardroom meeting space for up to 20 guests
The Dining Room is equipped with a projector for the display of presentations and/or video and complimentary AV use.
Entire Upper Level
For larger private functions and events, you may hire the entire top floor of our venue for exclusive use. We are able to configure the space to suit:
- A sit-down event for up to 48 guests
- A stand-up cocktail party for up to 60+ guests
This space is equipped with AV equipment (projector, screen and microphone) for complimentary use.

WE UNDERSTAND THAT EVERY FUNCTION AND EVENT IS DIFFERENT AND WE WANT YOU TO HAVE A CELEBRATION TO REMEMBER!
We will work with you to design a menu that offers your guests access to the finest dishes from our Mediterranean-inspired menu. Depending on what dining experience you would like, we have several options to consider.
For sit-down events we offer our Function Shared Set Menu featuring our CWR signature dishes. We serve our dishes as share plates to encourage your guests to enjoy a more social and casual dining experience. Our a la carte function menu allows your guests a full choice of individual entrees, main courses and desserts on the day, so everyone can select their favourite meal. No matter your choice, you can expect to enjoy exceptional food curated by our Head Chef Ken Yong.
An exciting canape menu is also available for stand up cocktail parties, from which you can choose a number of items for your guests! And of course, any special dietary requirements will be catered for.

If you’re unsure where to start, we’d be delighted to share our amazing wine experience with you to help curate the perfect approach.
When selecting wines for your event, we recommend that, as a minimum, you choose:
· 1 champagne or sparkling wine
· 2 white wines
· 2 red wines
Drinks can be charged on consumption, or you can take advantage of our 2-hour or 3-hour all-inclusive beverage packages.
